1. Damaged Products:
If your items are damaged during transit, please provide valid proof within 1 day of delivery. We will promptly offer a full refund or replacement at our discretion, prioritizing your satisfaction and peace of mind.

2. Non-Damaged Returns:
Returns for non-damaged products are generally not accepted. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If approved:

a. We will generate a return shipping label for you to send the products back to our headquarters in India. After deducting the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee, you will receive a refund.

b. Alternatively, if you choose to arrange and cover the return shipping costs yourself, we will refund the price of the goods after deducting a 15% restocking fee.

3. Time Limit:
To qualify for a refund or exchange, initiate product returns within 1 day of delivery. We request that returned products are shipped within this timeframe for swift processing.

4. Exceptions:
Returns are not accepted for bottle items, used items, products with opened/damaged seals, or any products that fail to meet our stringent quality standards. If you believe there has been an error with your order or are unsatisfied, we will evaluate your situation individually. Customers must provide video proof while opening the package, which can be sent via email or our WhatsApp number.

5. Abuse of Return Policy:
We uphold the integrity of our policies and reserve the right to refuse service and permanently ban buyers who misuse the return process or make false claims.

For international orders outside the USA, such as Canada, UK, Australia, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In the rare event of an error on our part, we will assess the specific details of the issue and may offer a resolution based on our discretion.
