You have the option to cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. A refund will be issued, with a deduction of 5% for payment gateway fees.

2. Product Out of Stock:
If a product becomes unavailable, we will issue a full refund for 100% of the purchase amount.

3. Damaged Product or Incorrect Item Received:
In the event of receiving a damaged product or an incorrect item, please provide video proof within 1 day of delivery. Based on our assessment, we will refund 90% of the purchase amount. Please note that no refunds will be issued for glass products due to their fragile nature.

4. Expired Product:
If you receive an expired product, please notify us with video proof within 1 day of delivery. We will refund 90% of the purchase amount.

5. Product Representation:
Product images and descriptions on our website serve for informational purposes only. While we continuously update our product descriptions and photos to ensure accuracy, slight variations may occur. Therefore, we do not guarantee exact matches with the product received.

Please Note:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- The refund amount may take 5-20 business days to reflect in your account.
- Refunds are subject to review and approval based on the aforementioned terms.
